Masoud Ghasemi, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and CEO
Masoud Ghasemi, Ph.D., is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of NaZPoly. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from North Carolina State University and has extensive research experience in advanced materials characterization, polymer science, and electrochemical technologies. His research focuses on developing innovative solutions for environmental and energy applications. At NaZPoly, he leads technology development and commercialization efforts, with a focus on next-generation membrane and electrochemical separation technologies for water treatment, emerging contaminant removal, and critical mineral recovery.

Enrique D. Gomez, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and Academic Advisor
Enrique D. Gomez, Ph.D., is the Donald B. Broughton Professor of Chemical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University and co-founder of NaZPoly. His research spans advanced polymer materials, molecular engineering, and separations technologies, with a focus on translating fundamental discoveries into practical solutions for environmental and industrial challenges. At NaZPoly, he is helping develop next-generation water treatment technologies for the removal of emerging contaminants and the extraction of critical minerals.
